1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through it. These terms concern website use only and do not replace the terms of any separately signed construction contract.
2. Company and license information
The website is operated by 3 Pyramid Construction & Renovation Corporation, California General Building Contractor License #987850, located at 495 Redwood Ave., Sacramento, CA 95815. We can be reached at (916) 544-8114 or 3pyramid@usa.com.
3. Website information is not a construction contract
Website content is provided for general educational, planning, and marketing purposes. Submitting a project questionnaire, calling, emailing, receiving an automated acknowledgment, discussing a project, or requesting an estimate does not create a contractor-client relationship, construction contract, duty to perform work, reservation of schedule, or guarantee of acceptance.
A binding construction agreement exists only when the parties execute a separate written contract that identifies the scope, price or pricing method, payment schedule, exclusions, change-order procedure, approximate schedule, and other required terms.
4. Cost guides and estimates
All website prices, ranges, calculators, allowances, timelines, and cost guides are general planning information—not bids, offers, guarantees, appraisals, or promises of final price. Actual cost and duration depend on site conditions, access, existing construction, design, engineering, permits, inspections, labor availability, material selections, supplier pricing, hazardous materials, concealed damage, code requirements, owner changes, and other project-specific conditions.
No website figure is valid as a project price unless incorporated into a separately signed written agreement. A site visit, measurements, plans, engineering, testing, or additional investigation may be required before a reliable proposal can be prepared.
5. Project submissions and uploaded files
You represent that information and files you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to provide them. Do not upload confidential information belonging to another person, unlawful material, malware, or content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights. Uploaded materials are used to evaluate and respond to your inquiry as described in our Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for incomplete, delayed, corrupted, misdirected, or unsuccessful transmissions. If a request is urgent or concerns an active leak, structural hazard, electrical danger, fire, gas, mold, or other emergency, do not rely solely on the web form; contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified professional.
5A. Lead qualification and communications
Any website designation such as “Qualified,” “Needs Review,” “Strong Fit,” or similar language is an internal planning indicator based only on submitted information. It is not project acceptance, a promise to bid, credit approval, a warranty of feasibility, or a commitment to perform work. We may contact you to verify ownership, location, scope, budget, timing, decision-maker participation, plans, permits, and existing conditions.
If you separately opt in to text messages, consent is limited to project-related communications and is not a condition of purchasing services. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
6. Photographs, project examples, and visualizations
Archived project photographs identified as completed or prior work are provided to illustrate experience and capabilities. Concept images, generated images, renderings, inspiration images, and before-and-after visualizations are illustrative only and are not representations that the pictured project was performed by 3 Pyramid unless specifically identified as our completed work. Results vary by property, plans, materials, budget, site conditions, and approvals.
7. Permits, codes, and professional services
Permit, code, engineering, architectural, environmental, lead-safe, accessibility, energy, and inspection requirements vary by jurisdiction and project. Website information is not legal, architectural, engineering, environmental, tax, financial, or insurance advice. Where required, services and documents must be provided or approved by appropriately licensed professionals and governmental authorities.
8. Intellectual property
Except for third-party marks and materials, the website’s text, layout, branding, logo, graphics, and original content are owned by or licensed to 3 Pyramid Construction & Renovation Corporation. You may view or print reasonable portions for personal project planning. You may not reproduce, sell, publish, scrape, modify, distribute, or use website content or branding for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
9. Third-party links and services
The website may link to social networks, review platforms, form processors, suppliers, public agencies, or other third-party resources. Links are provided for convenience and do not constitute a warranty or endorsement. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, terms, privacy practices, representations, or services.
10. Website availability and prohibited use
We may change, suspend, or discontinue website content or functions without notice. You may not interfere with website operation; attempt unauthorized access; submit false or misleading information; impersonate another person; introduce malicious code; use automated systems in a manner that burdens the website; or use the website for unlawful purposes.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or results. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any warranties applicable to construction services will be governed by the signed construction contract and applicable law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3 Pyramid Construction & Renovation Corporation and its officers, employees, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not alter obligations created by a separately signed construction contract.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your material violation of these terms, or content you submit without the necessary rights or authority. This provision does not require indemnification for conduct that cannot lawfully be shifted to you.
14. Governing law and severability
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law and any controlling written agreement, disputes concerning website use will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Sacramento County, California. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
15. Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued website use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Questions may be sent to 3pyramid@usa.com or directed to (916) 544-8114.
