1. Who we are
This website is operated by 3 Pyramid Construction & Renovation Corporation, a California General Building Contractor, License #987850. References to “3 Pyramid,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean 3 Pyramid Construction & Renovation Corporation.
Contact: 495 Redwood Ave., Sacramento, CA 95815 · (916) 544-8114 · 3pyramid@usa.com.
2. Information we collect
When you use our project form, contact us, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect identifiers and project-related information that you voluntarily provide, including:
- Name, telephone number, email address, preferred contact method, and optional SMS consent;
- Project address, city, ZIP code, property type, ownership, occupancy, and approximate year built;
- Requested services, project description, dimensions, plans, permit status, budget, timing, financing status, priorities, contractor-comparison status, and decision-maker information;
- Up to three photographs, plans, inspection reports, documents, or other files you choose to upload;
- Referral source and the contents of messages or communications with us.
Our website and hosting or form-processing providers may also automatically receive limited internet or electronic activity information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, access time, referring page, requested pages, basic security or diagnostic logs, and campaign-attribution parameters such as source, medium, campaign, and advertisement identifiers contained in the link you used.
3. Why we use information
We use personal information to receive, evaluate, and respond to project inquiries; communicate about requested services; assess project fit, scope, location, schedule, and budget; arrange consultations or site visits; prepare estimates or proposals; maintain business records; operate and secure the website; prevent spam or misuse; comply with licensing, insurance, accounting, safety, and legal obligations; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
4. How information is disclosed
We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to operate our business and respond to your request, including to website hosting, email, form-processing, file-storage, information-technology, security, professional advisory, insurance, accounting, and legal service providers. If your project proceeds, information may also be shared as reasonably necessary with designers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, permitting authorities, or other project participants.
We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, governmental request, or to protect rights, safety, property, and the integrity of our services. We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Form and third-party services
Project-form submissions are transmitted through FormSubmit and delivered to our company email. Links to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Nextdoor, or other third-party websites are governed by those services’ own privacy policies. We do not control their data practices.
5A. Project communications and text messages
We may use the telephone number and email address you provide to respond to the project inquiry you initiated. Text-message consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. If you opt in, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to request that text messages stop or HELP for assistance. Operational limitations of carriers and messaging providers may affect delivery.
6. Retention and security
We retain inquiry and project information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining project and business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal, tax, insurance, warranty, and licensing obligations. Retention periods vary depending on the nature of the inquiry and whether a business relationship develops.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No internet transmission, email system, file upload, or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and California privacy requests
You may ask us to provide information about, correct, or delete personal information associated with you, subject to applicable law and lawful record-retention exceptions. You may also ask us to stop nonessential communications. Send requests to 3pyramid@usa.com or call (916) 544-8114. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
We do not discriminate against individuals for exercising applicable privacy rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, we do not offer a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide any legally required choices.
8. Cookies, browser signals, and analytics
The website may use essential storage or cookies required for security, administration, accessibility preferences, and basic operation. At present, we do not use information collected through this website to sell personal information or for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because there is no universally accepted standard for browser “Do Not Track” signals, the website may not respond to them. Where legally required and technically applicable, we will honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.
9. Children
This website is intended for property owners and adults seeking construction services. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
10. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy when our website, service providers, or legal obligations change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted when required by law.
